Where we started…
Estuary Cleaning Services was established shortly before our eldest child was born when we knew that we wanted a business that would fit with a young family and one that would operate and run as part of the local Topsham community.
We now have 2 children and know how busy life can get! We are passionate about offering a professional, friendly and flexible cleaning service that takes the hassle out of cleaning for our customers.

Do you provide one-off cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes we provide detailed one-off cleans and a well-recommended end of tenancy cleaning service.
A lot of our customers also really appreciate the “re-set” they get with a monthly cleaning visit. It means that we spend a day cleaning your house from top-to-bottom and you can know that the deep cleaning is taken care of.

Which areas do you cover?
Our Weekly and Fortnightly cleaning customers are primarily in or close to Topsham and the surrounding areas.
If you are looking for Communal Area cleaning, a monthly clean or a one-off clean then we can happily travel further outside of Topsham including Exeter, Exminster and Exmouth.
Am I tied into a contract?
No, when you hire a domestic cleaner from Estuary Cleaning Services you are not tied into a contract and will not be asked to sign anything.
We do ask our customers to pay if you are away on holiday or cancel a clean but we are happy to still come if that happens.
You can cancel the services at any time, if your circumstances change. This allows you to try us for a period of time to determine that we are the best fit for you.
How much does a cleaner cost?
We tailor our home cleaning prices to your specific requirements. As a guide we can provide regular home cleaning for as little as £67.50 (for a 3.0 hour visit) and one-off cleans from £195. No VAT is added to our prices.

How will I make a payment?
As standard, payment is usually made via a bank transfer or regular Direct Debit.
Do I need to be in when you clean?
No, you don’t need to be in the house when we clean. Many of our customers work long hours and would prefer for the cleaning to be completed when they are out of the house.
This way when our customers get home from a hard day at work they come home to a sparkling home – what better way to end the day!
